As a long-time resident and business owner, I have seen the Outer Banks continue to prosper in so many ways. When it comes to real estate, the foundation of that is connecting the right buyers with the right sellers.

In addition to real estate sales, I have been an investor in everything from primary residential homes, small beach cottages, ocean front vacation homes and commercial properties in the Outer Banks. Before I began my work in general real estate sales, my focus was on new construction. This led to many great relationships with professionals that provide multiple services for home improvement, remodeling or new construction projects.  It also gave me a very robust and comprehensive understanding of that process. With this background, not only am I able to find buyers an existing home that fits them perfectly, I am also fluent in helping them build either a permanent residence or a beautiful vacation home from the ground up.
